Data Deletion

If you're a business owner using MerQuery

Email merquery.dev@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll permanently remove your business profile, knowledge base, conversations, leads, orders, and appointments, and disconnect your Facebook Page, within 30 days.

If you instead remove MerQuery's access from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations), we treat that the same way — your data is deleted within 30 days without you needing to also email us.

If you messaged a business's Page that uses MerQuery

MerQuery only processes your conversation on behalf of the business you messaged — we don't have a way to identify you outside of that conversation. To request deletion, either ask the business directly, or email merquery.dev@gmail.com with the Page name and the name or phone number you used in the conversation, and we'll delete that conversation's data within 30 days.
